As an award-winning digital strategist, Kristina’s talents span social media analytics, digital campaign implementation, inbound marketing strategies, corporate training and eLearning. Kristina possesses extensive industry knowledge of digital tools such as Hubspot, Hootsuite, Radian6, Salesforce and more that she has garnered through her diverse client experience with businesses of all sizes ranging from Fortune 100 companies to start-ups. Her marketing experience spans the music, beauty, healthcare, non-profit and tech industries. 

 

Kristina has a can-do attitude and is a strategic thinker who is not afraid to take creative risks that drive results. She thrives at leading cross-functional teams and has strong presentation skills that she has used to deliver training to executives and business owners for over a decade.

 

She holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Technology Leadership from George Washington University and a BBA in Organization & Management from the Goizueta Business School of Emory University.

Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2017

The largest global technology and innovation showcase with 180,000+ attendees and 4,000+ exhibiting companies ​

Location: Las Vegas, NV

 

Selected to spearhead digital content creation and social channel management for the IBM Mobile team at CES 2017. This included handling all live coverage, vendor interviews, thought leadership blog posts and digital asset creation such as custom GIFs for an audience of 65,000+ partners, vendors and sponsors. 

​

-Coordinated all content management on-site with a remote team of creative designers and community managers

​

-Conducted live interviews of CES Mobile Innovation Award Recipients

-Wrote daily event recaps for C-suite thought leadership blog

Mobile World Congress 2017

World's largest mobile industry conference which boasts over 108,000+ attendees and 208 countries represented.

Served as a remote social media lead for IBM as part of a digital newsroom team providing live social coverage and audience engagement.

My team was awarded the ITSMA Gold Award for having the most innovative social presence at MWC which included the Mobile Ideas cab interview YouTube campaign. Attendees were picked up by a branded IBM Mobile van and asked to share their industry thoughts while en route to events.  

​

The campaign generated 600,000+ YouTube views.

Introduced the first digital badge award campaign for IBM MobileFirst serving as project manager and social lead.

-Interviewed and scouted 20+ global businesses across India, Germany, Africa, Indonesia and more

-Created blog partnerships and content for IBM's thought leadership blog

-Worked with creative designers, editorial team, and social media manager to execute campaign launch

 

-Garnered over 10,000 social impressions and 7 new thought leadership partners for IBM Mobile

'My Curls Make Me Feel' Curvaceous Campaign, Redken

Served as project manager and set coordinator for Redken's first Facebook photo campaign. The campaign showcased women of all nationalities and their passion for having curly hair.

-Managed entire campaign budget including casting call set up, booking all venues, models, make up and hair artists

-Partnered with creative, PR and Marketing leads to coordinate campaign launch including all digital assets and social coverage planning

'Truth or Myth' Campaign

Served as project manager and set coordinator for Pureology's first Facebook photo campaign. The campaign theme was a truth or myth weekly trivia celebrating the rich culture and vibrancy of redheaded women.
